Oh this one had so much potential. Amazing location behind the new Waterside District in Norfolk with cars parked right next to the water, sailboats gliding by, people strolling down the walkway from the Wine Festival... but rain. Rain all morning scared most cars away. It ended up being beautiful but the damage was done. Oh well, still had fun! Favorites below with the rest on my Facebook page.
