Yet another cold Cars & Coffee event in Hampton Roads, but turnout was still fantastic. This was the best attended C&C event I've seen yet in Williamsburg.

Coldest C&C I've been to here in Hampton Roads. Didn't get over 30° - but there was still a great turnout with some new cars I hadn't seen yet.
January 2015 Cars & Coffee Virginia Beach /
Plenty of folks took a chance and came out, hoping the rain would hold off. Unfortunately about halfway through it started to drizzle but there was still a great assortment of cars on display! Some of my favorite shots are below, but the rest are posted on the Cars & Coffee Virginia Beach site.

Cars & Coffee Virginia Beach /
I've just launched another personal project - Cars & Coffee Virginia Beach. For those that don't know, Cars & Coffee are meets that occur around the country, typically a Saturday or Sunday morning where auto enthusiasts gather to talk cars and drink some coffee. The original Cars & Coffee Virginia Beach domain expired and is now used to sell oolong tea, so I've built a new one. Take a look!

If you're in the Hampton Roads area, be sure to stop by the 1st Saturday of every month from 7-9am at Bean There Coffeehouse in Hilltop - 1860 Laskin Road, Virginia Beach.
NOAA Ship Reuben Lasker /
During a recent business trip to San Diego I was taking shots of the Coronado Bridge from Cesar Chavez Park when I happened to catch the NOAA Ship Reuben Lasker coming back to port. The social media team responsible for the ship's Facebook page was kind enough to publish two of the shots!
